1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Deen Circle Academy. By accessing our platform, enrolling in courses, or utilizing our educational services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you are registering on behalf of a minor (child), you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and accept full responsibility for compliance with these terms.

2. Educational Services & Live Classes

Deen Circle Academy provides live 1-on-1 and group online Islamic education, including Noorani Qaaidah, Quranic Studies, Tajweed, Islamic Studies, and Arabic Language instruction.

• Scheduling: Class schedules are agreed upon during enrollment based on teacher and student availability.
• Attendance & Rescheduling: Students must notify support at least 4 hours in advance to reschedule a missed session. Unannounced absences may forfeit the session.
• Trial Classes: Free demo classes are offered to allow prospective students to evaluate our teaching methodology before committing.

3. Code of Ethics & Respectful Environment

We maintain a safe, respectful, and encouraging learning environment aligned with Islamic values:

• Mutual respect between teachers, students, and parents is mandatory at all times.
• Inappropriate language, harassment, or non-compliance during live sessions will result in immediate suspension without refund.
• Recording of live sessions by students or parents is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Deen Circle Academy.

4. Tuition Fees, Billing & Cancellation

• Tuition Payments: Monthly tuition fees are payable in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Refund Policy: If you are dissatisfied with our service during the first 7 days of enrollment, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund. After 7 days, fees paid are non-refundable.
• Cancellation: You may cancel or pause your monthly subscription by providing written notice at least 5 days prior to your next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property & Course Materials

All curriculum materials, workbooks, activity booklets, digital guides, logos, and website content provided by Deen Circle Academy are the sole intellectual property of Deen Circle. Materials are licensed strictly for personal, non-commercial educational use.

6. Amendments & Contact Information

Deen Circle Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
